Rachel’s Table’s Foodraiser was held at the Big Y Longmeadow on Sunday November 2nd.   It was a huge success!  Our shoppers spent $2716.26 and saved $2345.41 and community shoppers who happened to be at the Big Y on Sunday donated over 15 bags of groceries for a grand total of more than $5500 worth of food.  Everyone definitely gets and A+ for bargain hunting! 

All of the food was donated to Providence Ministries that serves Kate’s Kitchen, Margaret’s Pantry, Broderick House and Loreto House and Open Pantry Community Services that serves Open Pantry Food Pantry, Loaves and Fishes Soup Kitchen, Jefferson Shelter, Greenwich Teen Living Program and Rutledge House.
